    Not as in the picture. Heavier fabric, suited for cold weather. Has belt loops and fabric where the black elastic band would be in listing pictures. Suited still somewhat to my needs, so did not return it.

    Bought black and pink. They are different length and material. Pink is soft, black is this shiny outdoor fabric. The black one is noisy!
