It is one of the cheapest and at the same time most honest implementations of a high-end graphics card on the market.
Pros:
*Very beautiful and simple design. Black, clean lines, without frills and scents and without lights, LEDs, etc.
*Extremely slim and lightweight. Pure 2-slot design and height exactly as much as the PCIe slot cover at the back of the case.
*Excellent temperatures both on the core and hotspot, even on the memories (which in several reviews were shown to be higher). And all this with the fans at ~1500RPM at most. Makes you wonder why other implementations need those huge heatsinks that take up twice the space.
Cons:
*Yes, the card at ~1500RPM is cool and not noisy, but the 'tone' of the sound the fans make is annoying. It reminds you of the sound fans make just before they die. So either I got all 3 fans with one foot in the grave or that's just their general tone.
*Unfortunately, the card has quite a bit of coil whine. You especially hear it above 120-130fps. This, combined with the tone of the fans, made me give it 4/5 stars.
Other notes:
*Not much to say about overclocking. Logical, since it's a basic implementation at 304W TDP. Personally, I run it with a slight UV (with raised memory clocks) at ~273W. Same performance, better temperatures.
*The combination of 2-slot, low height, and 2*8pin for power makes it the easiest 9070XT implementation on the market. No need for a big case, nor for a new power supply (it's good to have at least a good 650W). Overall, a fantastic implementation. If it didn't have the issues with the fan tone and coil whine, it would be the best in its category.
Είναι από τις πιο φτηνές και παράλληλα πιο τίμιες υλοποιήσεις high end κάρτας γραφικών στην αγορά.
Θετικά:
*Πολύ όμορφο και απλό design. Μαύρο, καθαρές γραμμές, χωρίς φρου φρου και αρώματα και χωρίς φωτάκια, λαμπάκια και λοιπα.
*Εξαιρετικά λεπτή και ελαφριά. Καθαρό 2slot design και ύψος ακριβώς όσο το pcie slot cover στο πίσω μέρος του κουτιού.
*Εξαιρετικές θερμοκρασίες και σε πυρήνα και σε hotspot ακόμα και σε μνήμες (που σε κάμποσα review τις έδειχναν ανεβασμένες). Και όλα αυτά με τα fans στα ~1500RPM το πολύ. Σε κάνει να απορείς τι χρειάζονται οι άλλες υλοποιήσεις κάτι θεόρατα heatsinks που πιάνουν τον διπλάσιο χώρο.
Αρνητικά:
*Ναι μεν η κάρτα στα ~1500RPM είναι κρύα και δεν κάνει φασαρία, αλλά η "χροιά" του ήχου που κάνουν τα fans είναι εκνευριστική. Θυμίζει τον ήχο που κάνουν τα fans λίγο πριν πεθάνουν. Οπότε ή μου ήρθε και με τα 3 fans με το 1 πόδι στον τάφο ή αυτή είναι η χροιά τους γενικά.
*Δυστυχώς η κάρτα έχει αρκετό coil whine. Το ακούς ειδικά πάνω από τα 120-130fps. Αυτό σε συνδυασμό με την χροιά από τα fans με έκαναν να της δώσω 4/5 αστέρια.
Λοιπές παρατηρήσεις:
*Από overclocking δεν λέει πολλά. Λογικό μιας και είναι basic υλοποίηση στα 304W TDP. Προσωπικά την τρέχω με ένα ελαφρύ UV (με ανεβασμένες μνήμες) στα ~273W. Ίδιες επιδόσεις, καλύτερες θερμοκρασίες.
*Ο συνδυασμός 2slot, χαμηλού ύψους και 2*8pin για τροφοδοσία την κάνουν την πιο "εύκολη" υλοποίηση 9070XT στην αγορά. Ούτε ανάγκη για μεγάλο κουτί, ούτε για νέο τροφοδοτικό (καλό είναι να έχετε το λιγότερο ένα καλό 650W). Γενικά φανταστική υλοποίηση. Αν δεν είχε και τα θεματάκια της με την χροιά των fans και το coil whine, θα ήταν η καλύτερη στην κατηγορία της.
