Recommended preparation:
- Preheating: Preheat the oven to 175°C (160°C for convection).
- Preparation: Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature.
- Mixing: In a bowl, add the mix, eggs, and water. Beat on high speed for 7-8 minutes. Then, fold in on low speed for another 2-3 minutes.
- Baking: Pour the batter into a greased baking pan (fill up to 2/3). Do not open the oven during baking!
The cake is ready when it rises. Remove from the oven immediately and let it cool on a wire rack. The cake is ready for decorating!
