    Bambu PA6-GF, also known as Nylon 6 with glass fibers, is at the forefront of high-performance engineering plastics. Designed to offer exceptional strength, durability, and dimensional stability. PA6-GF is also more economical compared to other top-quality engineering filaments.

Printing Tips

  • Bambu PA6-GF requires proper drying before printing: the recommended drying temperature is 80 ℃ for 8 to 12 hours in a rapid drying oven or 90 to 100 ℃ for 10 to 12 hours on a heated bed. (Do not exceed 100 ℃, as the spool may warp or even melt).
  • To prevent moisture absorption by the filament, it is recommended to use an airtight storage container with desiccant during printing.
  • To minimize warping, avoid printing large models with high infill density. Use the provided printers and ensure the build plate is properly applied with glue for better adhesion before printing.
  • For best printing results, refer to additional resources.


Post-Processing Tips

  • We recommend removing the support structures within 2 hours after printing to prevent them from sticking after absorbing moisture. If they stick, dry the model to facilitate removal.
  • Placing the printed part in a convection oven set between 80 and 130 ℃ for 5 to 12 hours can further enhance the strength and rigidity of the print. Note: The effectiveness of this process depends on the structure, size, and conditions of the printed model. Some models may warp or deform after annealing.
