The Thulium 700 features an exceptionally robust construction, offering high stability even for large and heavy microphones and other audiovisual equipment, such as cameras and additional lighting. The sturdy build keeps the arm stable in its position, which is vital for professional recordings without vibrations or oscillations. The relatively high minimum tension force reduces the risk of equipment damage, even in cases of extreme tilting.

The advanced mounting system of the Thulium 700 allows for very secure attachment of the arm to a desk surface with a thickness of 18-60 mm using the original clamp. Alternatively, for desks with a thickness of 10-60 mm or with a beveled edge, a 10 mm diameter mounting screw can be used, with the option to drill the desk. Both solutions offer unparalleled flexibility and installation security in any work environment.

The Thulium 700 arm is equipped with a tension adjustment system that allows you to easily set its position according to the weight of your microphone or other compatible device. To adjust the tension, simply tighten or loosen the screw hidden inside the arm's base and set the 3 locking knobs to the desired position. Proper tension adjustment will ensure that subsequent position changes will not require tightening the knobs for the same device.

Thanks to its special design, the Thulium 700 arm offers great flexibility in terms of bending angles and, therefore, easier adjustment of microphone positions compared to other arms available on the market. The lower part of the arm can bend backward up to 152°, while maintaining an angle of 55.5° between it and the upper part. This feature is extremely useful for gamers, streamers, and content creators, as it allows the accessory to be placed close to the face while keeping the arm in the desired position within the recording frame. The maximum bending angles are illustrated in the diagram – it is worth noting that they may vary slightly depending on the adjusted tension.

The Thulium 700 kit includes a discreet blackened 3/8" to 5/8" adapter, allowing us to mount almost any microphone available on the market, including our top Radium 600 G2. Additionally, the arm is equipped with a 1/4" camera thread adapter, so we can connect a wide range of other audiovisual devices, such as cameras and camcorders, additional lighting, smartphone mounts, and more. Thanks to the matte black color, the adapters perfectly match the arm's design and do not cause unwanted reflections in recordings with intense light.

The Thulium 700 arm features up to two sets of replacement clamps for USB and XLR cables with thicknesses of 6 mm and 8 mm, respectively. Each set includes 4 clamps, 2 for each of the long parts of the arm. With these, you can prevent cable slack (especially for thinner USB cables) and maintain perfect order and aesthetics in your workspace, which is particularly important in professional recording environments.
