Before this, I bought the Andowl Q-ZD15, and I had it for 3-4 years. It was fine, but gradually the surface started to wear out where the mouse rubs. Understandable, after hours of daily use.
I decided to try this one, despite the price difference, since I don't really like the appearance of the Andowl. After a few weeks of use, I think the price difference between the two is justified.
The Andowl has 2 temperature levels, without a clear correspondence to a specific temperature for each level. This one allows you to choose from 30 to 50 degrees, with options every 5 degrees. And when you turn it on or change the level, it works as a thermometer, showing where it is.
The old one stayed on until you turned it off, which I personally didn't like, I forgot it many times. This one turns off by itself after a while (I think 2 hours).
Also... it's no coincidence that the Andowl Q-ZD15 in photos always has the two sides slightly raised (right-left). No matter how many years passed, it remained that way. This one is flat.
Finally, with the other one, I always worried about "burning" the keyboard by overheating it. With this one, it's not an issue, at 30-35 degrees my hands are fine and the underside of the keyboard is at reasonable levels.
Don't worry about the smell, it lasts 3-4 days.

Το Andowl έχει 2 επίπεδα θερμοκρασίας, χωρίς σαφή αντιστοίχηση με κάποια θερμοκρασία για το κάθε επίπεδο. Αυτό εδώ σου δίνει τη δυνατότητα να διαλέξεις από 30 εως 50 βαθμούς, με επιλογές ανά 5 βαθμούς. Και όταν το ενεργοποιείς ή αλλάζεις επίπεδο, δουλεύει ως θερμόμετρο, δείχνοντας που βρίσκεται.
Το παλιό έμενε αναμμένο μέχρι να το σβήσεις, κάτι που προσωπικά δεν μου άρεσε, το ξέχασα πολλές φορές. Αυτό εδώ σβήνει μόνο του μετά από κάποιο διάστημα (νομίζω 2 ώρες).
Επίσης... δεν είναι τυχαίο πως το Andowl Q-ZD15 στις φωτογραφίες πάντα έχει σηκωμένες λίγο τις δυο πλευρές (δεξιά-αριστερά). Όσα χρόνια κι αν πέρασαν, παρέμεινε έτσι. Ετούτο εδώ είναι επίπεδο.
Τέλος, με το άλλο είχα πάντα την έννοια μην "κάψω" το πληκτρολόγιο ζεσταίνοντάς το υπερβολικά. Με αυτό δεν μπαίνει θέμα, στους 30-35 βαθμούς τα χέρια μου είναι μια χαρά και η κάτω πλευρά του πληκτρολογίου σε λογικά επίπεδα.
Για τη μυρωδιά μην ανησυχείτε, 3-4 μέρες κρατάει.
