Borma Wachs Shabby Provence decorative paint is water-based and contains natural gypsum. It leaves a soft, matte finish and, thanks to its thixotropic properties, can create textured effects with irregular brushstrokes and overlapping colours. It is suitable for decorating furniture and interior spaces, as well as for application on wood, plasterboard, plaster and other porous substrates.
Apply with a brush. When suitably diluted, it can also be applied with a spray gun; increasing its thixotropy allows application with a spatula. It is ready to use and can be diluted with water by 5–40%, as needed. At 20 °C and 50% humidity, it is touch-dry in 30–60 minutes and fully dry in 3–12 hours, depending on the amount applied.
