The AKU PROTECT BALANCER 24V battery is used for 12V batteries connected in series to maintain equal voltage across the batteries. It is compatible with AGM and gel batteries. When two or more batteries operate in series, the voltage of individual batteries may differ. One may have a higher voltage and the other a lower voltage.
The AKU PROTECT BALANCER equalizes the voltage of the batteries when it detects that the difference between them is 20 mV. It then allows current to flow from the battery with the higher voltage to the battery with the lower voltage until balance is achieved. This improves battery performance and extends its lifespan.
The AKU PROTECT BALANCER 24V can be used for 24V, 36V, 48V systems, as well as other N * 12V batteries. It requires 1 unit for 24V system, 2 units for 36V system, and 3 units for 48V system.
