    High-end gaming card, not medium. Regardless of features like FSR Upscaling, Redstone frame gen, etc., even in Native it doesn’t struggle in any title to hit 100% utilization, with plenty of free VRAM without any effort and no frame dropping issues in titles up to today. In terms of temperatures, inside a Lian Li 011 Dynamic Mini V2 with 4 exhaust fans and 5 intake on top/rear and side/bottom depending on the setup, it has not exceeded 59 degrees.

    It was bought for (most likely the last time too) at €620 and it was worth every €. Almost silent at around 60% usage, with a relatively moderate to light operating noise from the triple fan if it reaches 100% RPM.

    For 1080p monitors, it’s worth having VSR enabled along with GPU scaling in the Adrenaline settings so you can have 1440p virtual rasterization in games. Of course it’s not 100% compared to a native 1440p monitor, but it does the job as it should.

    On 1440p or even 4K monitors, the optimal in-game setting is 1440p; prefer exclusive fullscreen/fullscreen and not borderless for the best possible driver performance.

    With prices now, FSR 4 is on par with DLSS 4. At the time I’m writing this, Nvidia has practically announced DLSS 4.5, and DLSS 5 neural regeneration has also leaked from Nvidia, but with the release of FSR Diamond, which may arrive by the end of 2026, it will be quite close in quality comparisons, and when price comes into play, I believe AMD’s 9000 Series is the only real choice.
