The acorn honey of the company Axion Esti has a rich caramel flavor with low sweetness, where the sensation of wood predominates. It has a very dark color and crystallizes particularly slowly, remaining viscous for a considerable period of time.

This honey is collected in one of the largest and most fertile forests of the Peloponnese, that of Foloi, with enormous oak trees (QUERCUS). It is dark in color, viscous, with a particular mildly sweet taste, low sugar concentration, and does not crystallize easily.
