The only negative I have found is that in the holder where the iron sits, there are 4 plastic pieces to prevent the iron from slipping on the aluminum part. These keep coming off. Other than that, it is very nice. The ironing cover is also very good. It has a clip at the back that holds the leg so it doesn't move and it has a wide range for adjusting the height
