Safely connect the MC4 test leads to the clamp meter to validate the voltage and current from individual panels or a series of panels in a PV array.

The PVLEAD1 solar MC4 test leads connect measuring devices to photovoltaic power stations for regular inspections, measurements, and troubleshooting on solar photovoltaic panels. The built-in capabilities of the PVLEAD3 solar MC4 test leads allow the system to remain connected and produce current while testing without needing to pierce the line. Use the IRR1-SOL to obtain the amount of solar radiation required to calculate the IV curve of the output power. Confirm that the panel or series of panels is outputting the correct voltage.
