After rinsing your hair, apply a product amount roughly equivalent to two walnuts, focusing mainly from the mid-lengths to the ends. Leave it on for at least 5 minutes for maximum effectiveness. You can even wrap your hair in a warm towel for extra hydration. Rinse carefully with lukewarm to cool water to close the hair cuticles and "lock in" the nutrients.
