The Biomecanics 252145-B children's sandals are made of leather and designed for first steps, with support around the ankle and heel. The anatomical leather insole is antimicrobial and antifungal, while the hook-and-loop strap makes them easy to put on and take off.

The Biogateo sole is flexible in two directions and shaped to help provide stability. The U-shaped fork allows ankle movement and prevents pressure on the Achilles tendon, while the lateral stabilizer controls side-to-side foot movement. The technology is supported by the Biomechanics Institute of Valencia, and the sandals are approved by the Spanish Association of Paediatricians.
