Good charger, I got it even though I already have many others with higher wattage; this one is just right for the summer.
It charges at low, ideal wattage (not extremely low) and minimizes heat buildup in the phone.
The X512, although I looked it up in reviews, does not actually have the PPS 11V/1.8A protocol. That doesn’t bother me personally because it has Huawei SCP 10V/2A with 20mV stepping, so it’s the same for the Honor devices I use.
If you want PPS 11V/1.8A for charging at low wattage, look at the Nexode version (UGreen CD318 Nexode).
