3M Hang Tabs 1075 are clear, pre-cut hang tabs made from polyester film with an adhesive backing. They adhere to most product and packaging surfaces, allowing products to be hung for display in stores. The delta-shaped hole is designed for double-wire hooks or centered placement on standard hooks.

The synthetic rubber and resin adhesive is pressure-sensitive. The hang tabs are resistant to abrasion, tearing and edge splitting. They are available in packs of five, with 10 adhesive tabs per piece, and can also be used to repair packaging with a damaged hanging point.
