Very high-quality sponge with an antibacterial coating (its surface essentially does not allow bacteria to latch on), however it is not ideal for exfoliation. First of all, I would suggest exfoliating with special products (such as salicylic acid or glycolic acid) rather than scrubbing until your skin gets irritated (consult a dermatologist). Nevertheless, the sponge is hard at first, while after a few uses it softens, but it retains a relative firmness. From the day of purchase until today, 23/8/26, I have not changed sponges. The best thing you can get for this money (but not if you want exfoliation exclusively).
