Alpinia galanga (alpinia, galangal), also known as Greater Galangal or Thai ginger, is a plant from the ginger family, widely used in Southeast Asian cooking and traditional medicine.

In recent years, it has attracted the interest of the scientific community for its potential beneficial effects on the brain, especially in improving mental alertness and concentration. For this reason, Alpinia galanga is often considered as "the safe alternative to caffeine."

Lamberts® Cogni-Focus is a high-strength, standardized Alpinia galanga extract. Each tablet provides 300mg of standardized extract, derived from 3000mg of dried herbal root. The concentration of Alpinia galanga extract in Lamberts® Cogni-Focus is equivalent to the concentration of extracts used in the majority of published studies.

Additionally, Cogni-Focus contains:

• Pantothenic acid, which contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal mental performance*
• Iodine, which contributes to normal cognitive function*

• Iodine 60μg
• Galangal (as 300mg standardized extract (10:1)) 3000mg

Adults should take 1 capsule daily with a meal or as recommended by your doctor or pharmacist. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage.
