Quick update, four months after purchase: Gaming chairs have simply lost out compared to office chairs. They offer so many more features that I constantly have to tighten screws with an Allen wrench in hand. The chair now tips to the side, is wobbly, unstable, and not at all ergonomic.
I even removed the casters to improve stability and discovered that a metal screw on one of them had broken, it was split. This happens with a brand new product that's barely four months old. While such things can happen, it shows how fragile this chair is.
