This "lyonnaise" profile frying pan made of 2mm (14 gauge) blue steel provides very good heat distribution. It features high, curved walls that allow food to easily slide from the pan onto a plate or baking dish.

The iron surface is strong and free from coatings. The blue color of the pan is due to heat treatment that provides temporary protection against oxidation and corrosion during storage and transport.

Heats up quickly, ensuring excellent caramelization of the juices. The welded handle made of hardened steel strip offers easy and ergonomic handling, along with high temperature resistance.

  • Suitable for all types of heat sources, including induction and moderate power ovens.
  • Care: gently scrape and lightly oil with a brush. Store in a dry place. Do not use detergents.
