Attention: within a week of buying it, after using it twice, it burst on its own at the seam, even though it was stored in a shady place and inflated to the pressure indicated in the instructions. I am in the process of getting a replacement and I hope that this particular one was just defective. I will update soon when I receive the new replacement.

Its stability is normal, since I chose the version with 15 cm thickness (I recommend it because with thinner ones it will sink quite easily). With two adults, it is just as good without sinking. We comfortably enjoyed our ride.
Overall, if you want something economical and easy to transport, get it!
