    I had heard very good reviews about this creatine, but it caused me fogginess/dizziness; I couldn't understand why I felt that way, and as soon as I stopped taking it, I went back to normal, so I don't recommend it to anyone! I don't know what could have been wrong, and my experience was so bad. I took it for less than 2 weeks.
