Specifically, per gummy it provides:

  • 1 billion live Bacillus subtilis strains: Bacillus subtilis is part of the normal intestinal flora. The characteristic of Bacillus subtilis to form spores allows it to survive in adverse conditions, such as high temperature and stomach acidity. This resilience ensures that the bacterium reaches the intestine alive, where it can exert its beneficial effects.
  • 34mg culture of non-living Lactobacillus plantarum L-137 bacteria (heat-inactivated): Tyndallization, also known as the heat inactivation method, is a natural thermal processing method designed to inactivate microorganisms while preserving their beneficial properties.
  • Prebiotic fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS) from chicory root fiber: Fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS) are a natural form of soluble carbohydrates found in many vegetables, such as endives and onions. When taken orally, they are only partially absorbed, as most of them are used as a nutritional substrate for the growth of the normal bacterial flora of the intestine (mainly the genera Bifidobacteria and Lactobacillus).
