K2 MEGA BOND epoxy repair putty is a fast-setting, elastic compound for repairs and sealing. It can be applied to steel, cast iron, aluminium, copper, brass, wood, concrete and ceramics, but not to polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP). It is used to stop leaks and repair pipes, tanks and barrels, as well as to fill holes, cracks and gaps in housings and cast parts.
To apply, clean and degrease the surface. Cut off the required amount and knead for 1–2 minutes until uniform, then apply it to the area being repaired. It begins to set in 3–5 minutes, hardens in 15 minutes and reaches full strength in 24 hours. Once cured, it can be sanded, drilled, tapped and painted.
