The Rosfix perfboard is a single-sided universal prototyping board measuring 100 x 220 mm. It is designed for building prototype circuits with through-hole (THT) components, such as resistors, capacitors, LEDs, and integrated circuits in DIP packages. The board allows for the assembly of any electronic circuit, thanks to the holes arranged in a 2.54 mm grid distributed in a rectangular matrix.
The board features two rows of oval soldering surfaces on each of its short sides, making it easier to solder fine wires comfortably. The metal holes are not connected by predefined pathways, providing complete freedom in routing the connections between components. Thin wires (kynar) or insulated wires can be used to create intermediate connections between the soldering surfaces. Four mounting holes allow for easy placement of the board in the enclosure of a prototype device or on a base.
Application: Universal boards are ideal for assembling permanent electronic circuits with soldering, while breadboards allow for the construction of circuits without soldering, facilitating the reuse of components.
