A powerful team of reliable and adaptable warriors that can provide fire while advancing or hold ground is a valuable asset for any tactician. In the case of assault plans supported by the Primaris battle-brothers, this role is fulfilled by the Intercessor squads. Capable of applying overlapping volumes of fire, these squads often form the flexible core of battle for the newly founded Primaris Chapters – although many established Chapters have enthusiastically employed their capabilities, using them alongside Tactical Squads.

This beleaguered plastic kit contains the components required to assemble a set of 10 Primaris Intercessors. They wear Mk X Tacticus armor to take advantage of its protection and mobility, proving to be reliable and adaptable warriors, each armed with bolt rifles. Their rifles can be 1 of 3 variants – the standard bolt rifle with a sigmoidal magazine, the automatic bolt rifle with a supercharger and box magazine, or the bolt carbine with greater range and straight magazine. There are 16 shoulder pads featuring the iconic symbol of the Intercessors – enough to cover every hand variant, including 2 with an open radio panel, 2 indicating their squad to stop, 2 holding combat knives, and 2 firing bolt pistols. There are a total of 24 different heads available in this kit, covering options with and without helmets.

The models can be assembled either as a team of 10, or as a squad of 9 Intercessors with one Sergeant or 2 separate teams of 5, each with its own Sergeant. The Sergeants feature unique heads, with a helmet magnetically secured to their belt, and unique tilt plates to stand out.

Reflecting their versatility in battle, the Intercessors come with many additional details to be added to their armor – 12 pistol holsters (2 empty, for Intercessors who actually use them), 10 ammunition and grenade pouches, 6 combat knife sheaths (4 empty), 4 grenade pouches, and 4 bolt pistol ammunition pouches.

The Primaris Intercessors come as 266 components, and are supplied with 10 Citadel 32mm Round bases and a transfer sheet.
