The Cudy MC220P fiber optic converter converts the signal from a 1.25 Gbps SFP slot to a Gigabit Ethernet RJ45 port with PoE+. It supports Power over Ethernet in accordance with IEEE 802.3at/af standards and works with both single-mode and multimode fiber. It is suitable for surveillance systems and applications that transmit data and power over a single cable.

The Ethernet port supports speeds of 10/100/1000 Mbps and full-duplex and half-duplex operation. The SFP slot is hot-swappable, and the buffer memory has a capacity of 2 Mbit. A 5 V DC, 1 A power adapter is included.
