The Bialetti Moka espresso maker brews coffee using the moka method, directing the extracted coffee into its upper chamber. It has an aluminium body and a thermoplastic handle and knob, while the safety valve is easy to clean. To use it on an induction hob, a Bialetti induction plate adapter is required.

To brew coffee, fill the lower chamber with water up to the safety valve and place ground moka coffee in the funnel without pressing it down. After use, rinse the coffee maker with water, without detergent. Do not wash it in the dishwasher.
