As a former Viper V2 Pro owner, I’m not going back. It seems insanely crazy to me that a mouse at half the price of a "high end" one that has received biased glaze has put it down and absolutely humiliated it.
First of all, a big bravo to Scyrox for the showcase in the box opening; what they have done is unique. It shows that they care about the product and want to give the world something that is worth it and that they themselves are proud of.
Scyrox does not force you to download the control panel, as it is usable through the browser as well. The color is quite nice and, for me, a break from the usual, as is the coating, which is also quite good. It receives firmware updates.
In general, the mouse comes in at 40g, which makes it feel almost unreal. I haven’t encountered or noticed any problem in the month I’ve had it. The clicks, since they are Kailh, aren’t the best, but they’re okay. However, if you manage to find it with optical switches, prefer the optical ones.
The sensor seems to respond as one would expect, and the polling rates are true to the company’s marketing and reach them properly, although personally I’d say who cares about that particular issue.
I’ve changed many mice, I’ve tried VFM options in the past, but this is on top even compared to expensive mice. Of course, the biggest reason is the shape. No matter how good the specs are, no matter how good the mouse is... if it doesn’t fit your hand, you won’t like it.
Personally, for me it’s just right, and I’m really glad that a company out of nowhere is spitting on the capitalization of overpriced mice from the main companies.
If you’re someone looking for a good option among more VFM choices and you know that the Logitech GPX 2, for example, fits your hand, buy it with your eyes closed. In general, if you’re looking around, take a look at Kimmy on YouTube; it will help a lot.
Ως πρώην κάτοχος Viper V2 Pro, δεν πάω πίσω. Μου φαίνεται ακραία τρελό πως ένα ποντίκι στη μισή τιμή ενός "high end" το οποίο έχει δεχτεί biased glaze το έχει βάλει κάτω και το έχει ξεφτιλίσει.
Αρχικά, ένα μεγάλο μπράβο στην Scyrox για το showcase στο opening του κουτιού, αυτό το πράγμα που έχουν κάνει είναι μοναδικό. Δείχνει πως νοιάζονται για το προϊόν και θέλουν να δώσουν κάτι στον κόσμο το οποίο αξίζει και για το οποίο οι ίδιοι είναι περήφανοι.
H Scyrox δεν σε αναγκάζει να κατεβάσεις το control panel καθώς είναι χρησιμοποιήσιμο και μέσο browser. Το χρώμα είναι αρκετά ωραίο και για εμένα ένα break από το συνηθισμένο, καθώς επίσης και το coating αρκετά καλό. Λαμβάνει firmware updates.
Γενικά το ποντίκι έρχεται στα 40γρ. πράγμα που το κάνει οριακά ψεύτικο στην αίσθηση. Δεν έχω αντιμετωπίσει ή παρατηρήσει κάποιο πρόβλημα στον 1 μήνα που το έχω. Τα clicks καθώς είναι Kailh δεν είναι και ότι καλύτερο αλλά είναι οκέυ. Αν όμως καταφέρεις να το βρεις με τα optical switches, προτίμησε τα optical.
Ο αισθητήρας φαίνεται να ανταποκρίνεται όπως θα περίμενε κάποιος, καθώς επίσης και τα polling rates είναι true στο marketing της εταιρείας και τα πιάνει κανονικά, αν και προσωπικά θα έλεγα who cares για το συγκεκριμένο ζήτημα.
Έχω αλλάξει πολλά ποντίκια, έχω δοκιμάσει VFM επιλογές στο παρελθόν αλλά αυτό είναι on top και από ακριβά ποντίκια. Βέβαια ο μεγαλύτερος λόγος είναι το shape. Όσο καλά και να είναι τα specs, όσο καλό και να είναι το ποντίκι... αν δεν κάνει στο χέρι, δεν θα σου αρέσει.
Προσωπικά για εμένα είναι ότι πρέπει και πραγματικά χαίρομαι που μία εταιρεία από το πουθενά φτύνει πάνω στο capitalization των overpriced ποντικιών των main εταιρειών.
Αν είσαι άτομο το οποίο ψάχνει μία καλή επιλογή σε πιο VFM επιλογές και γνωρίζεις πως το Logitech GPX 2 πχ. είναι για το χέρι σου, αγόρασε το με κλειστά τα μάτια. Γενικά επίσης αν ψάχνεσαι, ρίξε μία ματιά στο Youtube τον Kimmy, θα βοηθήσει αρκετά.
