For a more realistic riding experience, there is Pro Experience.

The game also includes a Rider Market, FIM MotoGP Stewards, a motorcycle development system, and paddock social relationship management. It supports full cross-play, ranked races with players of a similar skill level, the LiveGP championship, and local two-player split-screen play. Helmet, race number, seat patch, and sticker editors let you personalize your rider.
