It depends on the use you want it for. I will share my personal experience. In a large urban center, in the city center, no provider currently offers more than 24Mbps internet speeds, and inside the house, there is no data reception at all! I wanted to use it as a router and got an extra unlimited SIM on my gigamax plan so I wouldn't be tied down until fiber optics are installed, so it had to be placed on the balcony. Battery life is less than two hours, so it's constantly plugged in, which means there goes its "portability." Also, the range is very poor as it didn't even reach the bedroom or the bathroom! So if you're in a similar situation, don't waste €100 like that—it's better to get 5G from a provider with equipment and a contract, or if you have open space, get Starlink like I did and I'm very satisfied!

I've had it for a little while but it seems to be worth its money.
Connected to WiFi I was getting 600+Mbps (with USB I was getting ~300Mbps but maybe the port was to blame) consistently, in a spot where with MC888B MC888D and MC889 I get ~900Mbps.
A downside is the limit of up to 10 devices, but for a mobile hotspot it's probably ok.
    A positive is the NFC.
I have no opinion about the battery life but a power bank will help the situation.
*The image and video correspond to the same measurement with speedtest and from the U30 interface.

Although it has some minor drawbacks such as not having good battery management in 5G mode and maybe not very good range, I will give it 5 stars because it has been a lifesaver for me. Personally, I use it a lot on 4G+ as I am very interested in vo-wifi, since it is rock solid there... it reaches the 10 hours it promises... when I need it on 5G and connect it to my laptop, it even gives me 700mbps. I should mention I have a Cosmote sim card with unlimited data.

I highly recommend it to anyone who has a country house or a home in a remote area and is looking for a reliable solution. We got it for a village with almost no signal and it saved us.

If I use my phone as a hotspot I get 70 Mbps, from the device 12 Mbps. It doesn't reach serious speeds, much lower than the network.

It supports up to 10 devices, if you need fewer devices, ok! I wanted it for the property I have with more than 10 devices and unfortunately it only connects with 10!

The best for its money, absolutely satisfied, it has Wifi 2.4ghz & 5ghz function, 3g/4g/5g network, even USB tethering with a computer. You can also download the ZTE Smart Life app and manage the router. The battery lasts about 10 hours

Pros: it is portable, lightweight, simple and beautiful, in size it is like holding a smartphone, in terms of speed it is fast 5G especially if you compare it to similar 4G devices (there is probably no comparison...), dual band and without connectivity issues, connection with smartphones via NFC with one move over the device!
Cons: plastic device, not particularly durable and strangely short battery life even though it is 4500 mAh, therefore frequent charging and a bit of a problem if you want it for permanent use and not just for holidays and the countryside.

It's worth its money (it's not cheap) but compared to the various small 'classic' portable routers I've collected over the years, it makes a big difference. Very satisfied :-)

I got it for use in the village for professional purposes. Due to work and because I don't have a landline, I needed a fast 5G router to work since taking leave was not an option due to workload. Very decent for its price with fast speeds. Of course, speed also depends on the provider, but five devices are connected simultaneously—two for me, one for my wife who watches videos and surfs on Facebook Messenger and Viber, and two for my daughter who plays games on the laptop and watches videos at the same time. Despite all this, even with the heat in the spot where I placed it, it works normally without interruption and without disconnections. I haven't tested battery endurance yet and I hope I won't need to. In any case, it's worth buying.

For the village where you don't have internet, you put in a sim, it's also 5g, and you get your job done very well, it's worth every last cent.
Last year I bought one with a sim card from tp link with antennas on it, wasted money, I achieved nothing during the holidays. This year I found my solution.
The only bad thing is I don't know how it saves the settings and when it turns off and on I have to do the same things again
