The Ajax Hub 2 Plus alarm control panel supports four communication channels: Ethernet, Wi‑Fi and LTE. It can connect to two Internet providers and two mobile network services for backup communication. Switching between channels happens automatically within a few seconds. The panel manages up to 200 devices and supports up to 25 security groups and 200 users.
The panel supports alarm verification using photos from MotionCam detectors, which are sent to users and monitoring centres in 9 seconds, even via SIM cards. The Jeweller protocol provides two-way communication with a range of up to 2,000 m, remote device control and alarm signal transmission in less than 0.15 seconds. Up to 64 automation scenarios are supported for functions such as arming and disarming, switching on lights and shutting off utilities.
If the connection to the Ajax Cloud server is lost, a notification is sent within 60 seconds. The built-in backup battery keeps the panel operating for up to 15 hours during a power outage. The OS Malevich operating system is updated wirelessly, while the import feature transfers settings, connected devices, groups, scenarios and users from an older panel.
