Basketball hoop that complies with the official rules of the basketball game.

The basketball hoop features the following characteristics:

• internal diameter of 450mm
• steel profile diameter of 16mm
• orange color
• allows the attachment of the net to the loops without sharp edges and with a spacing of less than 8mm to prevent finger injuries
• the hoop is flexible and has a shock absorber. The pressure release mechanism is designed to prevent damage to the hoop and the backboard while ensuring player safety

These flexible hoops, also known as breakaway rims, allow the hoop to bend downward when a basket is made and quickly return to a horizontal position when the player releases it. Since 1970, the American Basketball Association has increasingly popularized dunking, and modern players, with their athletic flights toward the basket, have heightened the demand for such flexible hoops.

The hoop can be mounted on a backboard (not included in the package) using the included accessories.
