The Risk 2210 A.D.: Frontline expansion adds four content modules to Risk 2210 A.D. and is suitable for 2–5 players aged 10 and up. It includes new maps, a commander, factions, and events featuring giant amoebas.
The maps of Mars and its moons, Phobos and Deimos, add neutral territories that do not belong to any continent and do not provide continent bonuses. The new tech commander comes with command cards featuring advanced weapons and tactics, such as mind control and techno-espionage. Before the game begins, each player chooses one of six factions, which determines their starting action, cards, commanders, and special abilities. At the start of their turn, the active player draws a card from the giant amoeba event deck, introducing an alien threat with advanced technology that endangers all players.
