    The product is 4/5 but I give it 5/5 because it's the first time I see a difference in my hair. I have been using it for 4 months now, I don't have excessive thinning or bald patches but I do have large 'ports' and mild thinning at the very front which started to become noticeable. The intense hair loss decreased a lot, some days I didn't have any at all. After about a month I started to see new hairs which grew and now my hair has filled in again, I still have a way to go to get the result I want but it's going very well and it requires patience. I believe I will use the whole package (shampoo, conditioner, serum) for 8 months a year and I will be very satisfied. *IT DOESN'T WORK MIRACLES *I AM 33 YEARS OLD
