You can try to bend/open the metal bars by hand so that the capsules fit, but when you pull from below and push the rest down, they come out, they scatter... the construction, in other words... doesn't work

I just received it. Unacceptable! I am incredibly frustrated with this thing!
The back rails that are supposed to hold the capsules vertically have a wider opening than they should and the capsules fall behind! Even if I try to squeeze them a bit in one column to make them narrower and hold the capsules, the opening of the adjacent column widens and they fall immediately!
In the rare case that you manage to put them in once (barely, with a hair holding them in place), you hold your breath and play Jenga when you try to take one, so that they don't all fall!
Did anyone test this before putting it on the market?
The bad thing is that I tore the label (because it didn't even have a box) and I can't return this thing!
It looks nice but I didn't buy it for decoration. I bought it to make my life easier and I achieved the opposite...
