Good card, but it is necessary to clarify that due to its thickness, it actually occupies three slots in the case and not two. On mini-ITX and micro-ATX motherboards, it will cover all available PCI slots below, so if you have expansion cards that you absolutely need (sound cards, network cards, etc.), you will need to find another card or change to an ATX motherboard to fit everything. The unfortunate thing is that the card is not "thick" because of the heatsink; the third slot is "lost" because MSI, to make the card look flashier, added a plastic edge protruding 5-7mm around the fans, which is just enough to block the PCI slot located below the PCIe.

The purchase of this particular card was made so that I wouldn't have to change my power supply from 650w to something bigger as the card's specs suggest. I've owned it for a month and I'm as satisfied as I expected. I play everything in 2k on full settings.

It produces quite a bit of coil whine even at normal FPS, which is a bit annoying in a quiet room. If you play with headphones that have even a little sound isolation, then it doesn't matter. But for me, who often prefers speakers and at low volumes, it bothers me. I hope it gets better over time but I don't have much hope.
FYI I have a Corsair RM 650x and the whole PC draws about 400 watts so it's definitely not an issue of a bad power supply and/or overloading.
Βγαζει αρκετο coil whine ακομα και σε νορμαλ FPS το οποιο ειναι λιγο ενοχλητικο σε ενα ησυχο δωματιο. Αν παιζεις με ακουστικα που εχουν εστω και λιγη ηχομονωση τοτε δεν πειραζει. Αλλα εγω που συχνα προτιμω ηχεια και σε χαμηλες εντασεις με ενοχλει. Ελπιζω να στρωσει με τον καιρο αλλα δεν εχω πολλες ελπιδες.
FYI εχω Corsair RM 650x και ολο το PC τραβαει καπου στα 400watt οποτε σιγουρα δεν ειναι θεμα κακου τροφοδοτικου η/και overloading.
I had to replace my 3060 (12gb) and I intended to get the 5060 ti 16gb because I didn't need a more powerful card for my usage, but at that time the 5060 ti was close in price to the 5070 (40-50 euros difference), so the more powerful one won me over.
I haven't tried to stress it in gaming (because it doesn't struggle with the titles I play... I just set everything to ultra), nor have I had the chance yet to run any A.I. model locally. I have only done the typical stress tests, just to see if my scores were okay.
I bought it because I predicted that (based on its VRAM and its performance compared to the 8gb vram target group of the industry) it would have a respectable trajectory like a 3070.
Practically, the card (Blackwell architecture) performs slightly above the 3090 (in gaming scenarios) with even 100 watts less power consumption. With software assistance, in several cases it surpasses it by 10–30%.
This particular model was unfairly criticized due to an unfortunate statement by Nvidia's CEO who compared it to the 4090.
The truth is that it is clearly a level above the 4070 both in performance (20%++) and in price (msrp $50 cheaper, but also much cheaper real purchase price) until the RAM shortage crisis broke out. The point where it loses to the 4070 is in power consumption (50 Watts higher).
This specific implementation is okay, without significant noise, intense coil whine, or very high temperatures. Surely, there are much higher quality implementations but at a noticeably higher cost....
Generally, it will run most games on ultra with RT-on at 2k except for:
1) Titles that were ruined by the clueless DEVs of the (sub)culture of DEI hires (which has already started to be eliminated) who drastically lowered the standards overall... as they had other priorities and simply "rested" on them.....
2) Early access games (in the process of optimization), which usually end up requiring fewer specs (CPU, GPU, RAM).

Έπρεπε να αντικαταστήσω την 3060 (12gb) που είχα και σκόπευά να πάρω την 5060 ti 16gb γιατί δεν χρειαζόμουν ισχυρότερη κάρτα για την χρήση που της κάνω, ωστόσο εκείνη την περίοδο η 5060 ti, ήταν κοντά στην 5070 (40-50 ευρώ διαφορά) οπότε με κέρδισε η ισχυρότερη.

It's not a bad card by any means, but at 1440p it's not like you can play everything on ultra etc. Also, since after this I went to a 5070ti, the difference is huge

Silent card and good in performance, I don't understand why some people claim the opposite. Be careful if you have a 700 watt power supply because it will be very borderline. I upgraded to an 850W because I had issues with power consumption.

The purchase of this particular card was made so that I wouldn't have to change my power supply from 650w to something bigger as the card's specs suggest. I've owned it for a month and I'm as satisfied as I expected. I play everything in 2k on full settings.

It produces quite a bit of coil whine even at normal FPS, which is a bit annoying in a quiet room. If you play with headphones that have even a little sound isolation, then it doesn't matter. But for me, who often prefers speakers and at low volumes, it bothers me. I hope it gets better over time but I don't have much hope.
FYI I have a Corsair RM 650x and the whole PC draws about 400 watts so it's definitely not an issue of a bad power supply and/or overloading.
Βγαζει αρκετο coil whine ακομα και σε νορμαλ FPS το οποιο ειναι λιγο ενοχλητικο σε ενα ησυχο δωματιο. Αν παιζεις με ακουστικα που εχουν εστω και λιγη ηχομονωση τοτε δεν πειραζει. Αλλα εγω που συχνα προτιμω ηχεια και σε χαμηλες εντασεις με ενοχλει. Ελπιζω να στρωσει με τον καιρο αλλα δεν εχω πολλες ελπιδες.
FYI εχω Corsair RM 650x και ολο το PC τραβαει καπου στα 400watt οποτε σιγουρα δεν ειναι θεμα κακου τροφοδοτικου η/και overloading.
I had to replace my 3060 (12gb) and I intended to get the 5060 ti 16gb because I didn't need a more powerful card for my usage, but at that time the 5060 ti was close in price to the 5070 (40-50 euros difference), so the more powerful one won me over.
I haven't tried to stress it in gaming (because it doesn't struggle with the titles I play... I just set everything to ultra), nor have I had the chance yet to run any A.I. model locally. I have only done the typical stress tests, just to see if my scores were okay.
I bought it because I predicted that (based on its VRAM and its performance compared to the 8gb vram target group of the industry) it would have a respectable trajectory like a 3070.
Practically, the card (Blackwell architecture) performs slightly above the 3090 (in gaming scenarios) with even 100 watts less power consumption. With software assistance, in several cases it surpasses it by 10–30%.
This particular model was unfairly criticized due to an unfortunate statement by Nvidia's CEO who compared it to the 4090.
The truth is that it is clearly a level above the 4070 both in performance (20%++) and in price (msrp $50 cheaper, but also much cheaper real purchase price) until the RAM shortage crisis broke out. The point where it loses to the 4070 is in power consumption (50 Watts higher).
This specific implementation is okay, without significant noise, intense coil whine, or very high temperatures. Surely, there are much higher quality implementations but at a noticeably higher cost....
Generally, it will run most games on ultra with RT-on at 2k except for:
1) Titles that were ruined by the clueless DEVs of the (sub)culture of DEI hires (which has already started to be eliminated) who drastically lowered the standards overall... as they had other priorities and simply "rested" on them.....
2) Early access games (in the process of optimization), which usually end up requiring fewer specs (CPU, GPU, RAM).

It's not a bad card by any means, but at 1440p it's not like you can play everything on ultra etc. Also, since after this I went to a 5070ti, the difference is huge
