See Description & Specifications1) After what happened to me with the Linea Strom Classic Memory Foam Anatomical Pillow (I have also written a relevant review), I got this one. I note that I have a diagnosed problem with my discs, so I got this pillow hoping it would help with my cervical issue. I would have preferred it to be a bit thinner; right now it raises my head a bit higher than it should and after many hours of sleep (at night) it bothers me a little. Maybe over time it will "settle" and be fine, but as you understand, I can't modify the material inside since it can't be altered or even washed!
2) After a few days, I found the following solution: I removed its own pillowcase, which is harder and tighter, and used another commercial one, 50x70, so the material spreads out a bit more and its height decreases. Now it is much better.

Σημειωνω πως εχω διαπιστωμενα προβλημα στους δισκους,πηρα αυτο το μαξιλαρι με σκεπτικο να με βοηθησει στο αυχενικο μου προβλημα. 2) Μετα μερες βρηκα την εξης λυση: βγαζω την δικη του μαξιλαροθηκη που ειναι πιο σκληρη και πιο μαζεμενη και εβαλα καποια αλλη του εμποριου 50x70 και ετσι το υλικο απλωνεται ενα κλικ πιο πολυ και μικραινει το υψος του,τωρα ειναι πολυ κλαυτερα.
