Ways to Maintain Wood Quality:

• Do not use the dishwasher.
• Before the first use, clean it with warm water (65°C) and liquid soap, and rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
• After each use, always clean with water and soap, rinse well, and dry so that the wood does not stay wet for long.
• After rinsing, place it in a vertical position and store it once it has completely dried.
• Regularly apply olive oil for greater care. Spread it and let it sit overnight to absorb.
• Vinegar naturally sanitizes the wood.
• For frequent sanitization, we recommend placing the wood at 65°C for a few minutes (e.g., in oven air).
