The De Buyer Choc Access frying pan has an aluminium body and a multilayer PTFE non-stick coating. Its Lyonnaise shape makes it easy to slide food onto a plate, while the 3–4 mm-thick aluminium heats quickly and distributes heat evenly. The steel handle has an epoxy coating, is riveted in place and is heat-resistant.

Suitable for cooking over low to medium heat, for dishes such as fish, vegetables, legumes and grains, as well as for simmering, reheating food and reducing sauces. It can be used in the oven for up to 10 minutes at 200 °C. It is not suitable for frying, browning or grilling. To care for it, hand-wash with a soft sponge; avoid metal utensils and sudden changes in temperature.
