The most negative aspect is the assembly/disassembly: you have to try very hard, the process is difficult and feels like a struggle, something I didn't experience with my previous brush. To this day, one of the brushes is still attached to the machine. I couldn't remove it and I'm afraid to force it in case I break something. On the positive side: it doesn't frizz my straight hair, it's lightweight so you can do your job effortlessly, and the price is reasonable.
