Its IPS panel is quite satisfactory, with colors and viewing angles being very good and "lively." In short, for movies, YouTube, work, Photoshop/light content creation, it is much more pleasant than cheap VA panels.
The 2560×1440 @ 100Hz will be achieved immediately, provided you have a high-quality cable; otherwise, it will stick to 60Hz.
As for the USB-C port, it is only for data transfer and not for connecting to a computer. It can charge a smartphone and a laptop, provided the latter is not too powerful.

Κατ' εμέ αυτή η οθόνη έχει πολύ σωστή ισορροπία καθώς είναι μεγάλη, άνετη, IPS, 100Hz, USB-C, καθαρή LG υλοποίηση χωρίς να προσπαθεί να πουλήσει gaming υπερβολές όπως κάνουν άλλες με αντίστοιχα χαρακτηριστικά.
Για δουλειά, browsing, media, καθημερινή χρήση, casual gaming είναι πολύ καλή περίπτωση. Ίσως και η καλύτερη της κατηγορίας της.

This is a monitor with a clear LG implementation. I got it as my main monitor mainly for multitasking, browsing, office work, media, and general everyday use, something that the 23 inches offer comfortably without being tiring.
Its IPS panel is quite satisfactory, with colors and viewing angles being very good and "lively." In short, for movies, YouTube, work, Photoshop/light content creation, it is much more pleasant than cheap VA panels.
The 2560×1440 @ 100Hz will be achieved immediately, provided you have a high-quality cable; otherwise, it will stick to 60Hz.
As for the USB-C port, it is only for data transfer and not for connecting to a computer. It can charge a smartphone and a laptop, provided the latter is not too powerful.
From reviews on foreign sites that I read, it appears not to have serious reliability issues, and there are no reports of creaks/failures.
Negatives and limitations:
Being in 2026, the absence of a Display Port connection is noticeable (this is also why I give it 4 stars instead of 5). Therefore, if your computer has DP, you will need a VERY GOOD DP to HDMI cable to get the most out of it.
It says HDR10, but with ~250 nits brightness and no local dimming, don't expect anything super wow HDR. It's more of a compatibility feature than a cinematic HDR experience.
It's okay for casual gaming, but not for competitive FPS, and probably has a bit more blur than gaming monitors with 1ms/165Hz+.
Its stand is basic and, yes, it can be adjusted at certain angles but not in height.
Its back cover and plastic frame are quite cheap, resembling more Chinese products (after all, LG itself states manufacture origin China for this model, which is quite common nowadays in mid-range series). However, this does not necessarily mean poor quality. Simply, the overall feel is more of a value monitor than a premium LG.
Simply put, the image is LG, the build is more cost-optimized. But, at this price, I expected it to be like this.
However, when you turn it on, the image, the colors, the smooth motion at 100Hz, make you forget quite a bit about its budget shell.
Take note of the following:
DO NOT look for the on/off button under the logo. It is located at the back right as you face it and is joystick-style, which may feel strange at first.
Most likely, you will need to disable the power-saving function because on dark backgrounds it will do instant "blackouts."
To enter its menu, press the joystick button once and then move it right or left to go to the menu of your choice (in General, they are grouped together). Pressing the button again acts as "Enter."
In conclusion:
In my opinion, this monitor has a very good balance as it is large, comfortable, IPS, 100Hz, USB-C, a clear LG implementation without trying to sell gaming exaggerations like others with similar features do.
For work, browsing, media, everyday use, casual gaming, it is a very good option. Perhaps the best in its category.
Πρόκειται για μια οθόνη με καθαρή LG υλοποίηση. Την πήρα ως main κυρίως για multitasking, browsing, office, media και γενικά καθημερινή χρήση κάτι που οι 23 ίντσες το προσφέρουν άνετα χωρίς να γίνεται κουραστικό.
Το IPS panel της είναι αρκετά ικανοποιητικό με τα χρώματα και τις γωνίες θέασης να είναι πολύ καλά και “ζωντανά”. Κοινώς, για ταινίες, YouTube, δουλειά, Photoshop/light content creation είναι πολύ πιο ευχάριστο από φτηνά VA panel.
Τα 2560×1440 @ 100Ηz θα τα πιάσει με την μια υπό την προϋπόθεση να έχετε ένα καλώδιο υψηλής ποιότητας αλλιώς θα σας κολλήσει στα 60Hz.
Όσον αφορά την USB-C θύρα είναι μόνο για μεταφορά δεδομένων και όχι για σύνδεση με υπολογιστή. Μπορεί να φορτίσει smartphone αλλά και laptop υπό την προϋπόθεση το δεύτερο να μην είναι αρκετό δυνατό.
Από κριτικές σε σελίδες του εξωτερικού, που διάβασα, αναφέρουν ότι δεν φαίνεται να έχει σοβαρά θέματα αξιοπιστίας, δεν αναφέρονται τριξίματα/αστοχίες.
Αρνητικά και περιορισμοί:
Ευρισκόμενοι στο 2026 είναι αισθητή η απουσία Display Port σύνδεσης (αυτός και λόγος που της δίνω 4 αστεράκια αντί 5). Επομένως, αν ο υπολογιστής σας έχει DP θα χρειαστείτε ένα ΠΟΛΥ ΚΑΛΟ καλώδιο DP 2 HDMI ώστε να δώσει το max των δυνατοτήτων της.

Ωστόσο, αυτό όμως δεν σημαίνει απαραίτητα κακή ποιότητα. Απλά, η συνολική αίσθηση είναι περισσότερο value monitor παρά premium LG.
Με απλά λόγια η εικόνα είναι LG, η κατασκευή είναι πιο cost-optimized. Αλλά, σε αυτή την τιμή, το περίμενα κάπως έτσι.
Ωστόσο, όταν την ανοίξετε η εικόνα, τα χρώματα, η smooth κίνηση στα 100Hz, σε κάνουν να ξεχνάς αρκετά το budget shell της.
Να λάβετε υπόψιν σας τα εξής:
ΜΗΝ ψάχνετε το κουμπί on/off κάτω από το λογότυπο. Αυτό βρίσκεται στο πίσω δεξί μέρος όπως την κοιτάτε και είναι στυλ joystick κάτι που μπορεί να ξενίσει στην αρχή.
Το πιο πιθανό είναι να χρειαστεί να απενεργοποιήσετε την λειτουργία εξοικονόμησης ενέργειας επειδή σε σκούρα φόντα θα κάνει στιγμιαίες"συσκοτίσεις".
Για να μπείτε στο μενού της πατάτε μια φορά το joystick κουμπί και μετά το κουνάτε δεξιά ή αριστερά για να πάτε στο μενού της επιλογής σας (στο General υπάρχουν μαζεμένα). Πατώντας μια φορά πάλι το κουμπί λειτουργεί ως "Enter".
