It has the ability to adjust the speed up to 5200rpm, allowing you to set it according to the task at hand. Its base has a diameter of 125mm, vibrates, and rotates simultaneously with an eccentricity of 15mm. These random movements of the base due to eccentricity prevent the development of high temperatures, reducing the risk of burning the varnish and causing damage. Easy and effortless to use as it weighs 2.35kg.

Reduced vibrations and quiet operation with POLYSYNTHEC™ gears

A key innovation of the Mark V is the use of composite POLYSYNTHEC™ toothed wheels, which offer superior wear resistance even in the most demanding working conditions. These gears are lighter than traditional metal gears and require less lubrication, thus improving engine performance and reducing energy loss. The result is a drastic reduction in vibrations and noise, enhancing comfort during prolonged use. The reduction of vibrations is particularly important as it allows the operator to maintain a more stable grip, improving the precision of movements and the quality of polishing. This also reduces fatigue during long working periods, ensuring consistent and professional results. The noise reduction by 47% compared to previous models, however, makes the working environment quieter and more pleasant, protecting the operator's hearing.

PrecisionPro support pads and low center of gravity for optimal control

The BigFoot Mark V polishing machines also feature the new PrecisionPro backing pads, designed to ensure optimal balance when using different pads. These pads have a protective rubber edge, which ensures greater safety when polishing sensitive surfaces, reducing the risk of accidental damage. This allows the operator to work with greater confidence, even on sensitive surfaces, such as edges or particularly delicate body parts. Another notable innovation is the low center of gravity of the Mark V polishers. Lowered by 13 mm compared to previous models, this allows for unparalleled stability and superior tool control, especially in complex work situations. With a lower center of gravity, the operator can handle the polisher with greater precision, even when working on complex surfaces or intricate details.
