The Tasmanian Tiger TT IFAK Pouch Dual VL can be attached with velcro under a plate carrier. The Tegris® plate connecting piece with velcro is removable and can be used on both sides. The customizable panel can be pulled out.

The pouch can also be used as a hip bag, including the hip belt.
