The De Buyer Choc frying pan has an aluminium body 3 to 4 mm thick and a multilayer PTFE non-stick coating. Its Lyonnaise shape makes it easy to transfer food to a plate, while the steel handle with an epoxy coating and rivets withstands high temperatures. It is suitable for cooking over low to medium heat, reheating prepared food, simmering and reducing sauces.

It is suitable for gas, ceramic and electric hobs, and can also be used in the oven for up to 10 minutes at 200 °C. To care for it, wash by hand with a soft sponge. Avoid overheating, sudden temperature changes and using metal utensils inside the pan.
