Complete wheel repair and painting kit. It includes quality products from AVEX. The kit is DIY and can be used by anyone following the instructions included in the package.

• 2 x 400 ml Champion spray paint
• 1 x 500 ml Champion clear coat spray
• 1 x special putty for aluminum wheels
• 1 x set of disposable gloves
• 1 x set of sandpaper with various grits for surface correction before and after applying the putty
• 1 x roll of adhesive tape for the tire outline

Application Instructions:

• Carefully clean the wheels to remove dust or grease.
• Smooth out any dents on the wheels to repair them and create a rough surface for the putty to adhere.
• Clean again or blow away any metallic debris that may result.
• Apply adhesive tape around the rim, on the tire, to protect it from paint fumes.
• Apply putty to the dents on the wheels with a spatula, stick, or fingers (use the gloves included in the package).
• After about 10 minutes, once the putty has hardened, finish the surface using fine-grit sandpaper.
• If the applied putty does not cover all the dents, repeat the process as necessary until all gaps are filled.
• After finishing the surface with correction sandpaper, finish with increasingly fine sandpaper to prepare the surface for painting.
• If you want to paint the entire wheels, prepare the whole surface of the rim with fine-grit sandpaper.
• Clean the surface of the rim from sanding residue.
• Shake the spray paint for about 2 minutes for a homogeneous texture and apply it to the rim with smooth, even movements.
• After drying for 10 - 20 minutes, you can apply the next coat of paint. 2 - 3 coats are recommended for optimal coverage.
• Finally, after applying the layers of paint and letting them dry, apply the clear coat in the same manner as the paint layers.
• For high gloss, apply several layers of clear coat, allowing drying time between applications.
