Excellent product. It has the following drawback: until it dries, it is quite sticky. Avoid combining it with a thick serum on top, otherwise there is a high chance it will peel off.

I got it for my daughter and it is the worst for acne-prone skin.
The skin got worse and there was no change in the marks.

It says it's soothing and it made my skin red. I didn't feel any burning, but it didn't do anything good for me (on the contrary). OK, I don't have any particular imperfections, but I do have redness and I thought maybe it would help. This did exactly the opposite. I didn't like its texture either, it seemed kind of greasy to me. And now I have a whole bottle left that I'm thinking of throwing away.

  • I am using it for the first time. I have very oily, acne-prone skin that is also sensitive. At first, I wasn't sure if I should buy it, but I finally decided to try it because it worked for many people. Now that it's the second day I've applied it, I've already noticed changes in my skin and the redness I had, as well as in its texture! I can't believe it, but it really works! I would definitely buy it again.

I forgot to mention that from the first time, I didn't feel any burning, stinging, or discomfort, so it is safe to use—as long as you don't apply too much because then your face gets sticky and feels heavy, like it's being pulled somehow.

Very good for redness, it didn't help me much with dark spots or the textured skin but I have only used it for two weeks. It leaves a powdery feeling afterwards so it's good to use a good but not heavy moisturizer

It does not irritate (I use it only at night and of course I apply moisturizer afterwards). Although the packaging recommends use 1-2 times a week, I have now increased it to every other day, and even so I can't say I see any difference in marks or pores and whiteheads, probably the concentration of azelaic acid is very low. And since it is as runny as water, it will take ages to finish...
Edit: I set it aside a bit after this review, and turned to stronger niacinamide and retinol products that irritated my skin without much improvement. I went back to this and with daily use of 6-7 drops, then bepanthol and then the moisturizer I was already using (Weleda Skin Food), my skin has improved a lot in every way. Mainly in terms of redness. It probably needed more time and more intensive use than recommended, but I am very satisfied because the situation before was terrible. The only other thing I am doing at this time is taking a zinc supplement, which definitely played its part too.
