The first Argonauts set out from Iolkos to Colchis, guided only by the stars, about forty years before the Trojan War and the Odyssey, paving the way for a journey that would later be followed by settlers and explorers, completed by Alexander the Great with his Macedonian army, marching deep into Asia.

The two Homeric Epics, the Iliad and the Odyssey, stand as monumental poetic achievements for Humanity, serving as a starting point for a concise and vivid narration of the most glorious and captivating adventure that the Ancient World bequeathed to us.

All the Royal Houses of Greece aspired to have as their Ancestor, the Leader of their Generation, Zeus, the King of the Gods.

This ambition was not escaped in Historical times, not even by Alexander, who conquered Persia and Egypt, leading his armies to the very fringes of the Himalayas and India.

In an effort to fuse the Cultures of the West and the East, he founded 70 Alexandrias, spreading the Greek Language and Knowledge to the far reaches of the then known Earth, following the Campaigns of Hercules and Dionysus, which are lost in the depths of Prehistory.

Like Odysseus, Alexander wished to reach the ends of the then known World while stubbornly refusing to return to Macedonia.

He died in Babylon at the age of 33, and although the Winds of History have covered the Prehistoric Cities of Iolkos, the Cyclopean Mycenae, and the Troy of the Trojan Horse with dust, Alexandria still remains alive...
