I had been eyeing Nothing phones for quite some time, and coming from the Realme 12 pro+, I thought of switching to something different both in terms of design and software. I found the golden mean in the midranger 3a Pro, which combines a very beautiful and unique design in my opinion, a very good camera setup, and an attractive price (purchased at 399 euros).
After 2 months of usage experience, I have the following to say:
On the software side, truly excellent work has been done, it is very clean, fast (without lagging), and highly customizable. The cameras are really at a very high level of performance for its price and features, only you will need a bit of patience with the post-processing of the shots due to the relatively low power of the Snapdragon Gen 3. The build quality and the feel of the back glass and plastic frame definitely remind you of a more expensive phone, and I think the camera bump on the back is easy to get used to. Overall, a very positive experience so far, clearly an honest phone that one could easily recommend for purchase.
My concerns about the phone are as follows:
- The battery, based on the comments I read, is not at the level I would expect. Of course, it lasts a day with heavy use but definitely not one and a half or two days even with light use.
- The glyphs are a nice add-on, and at first I was excited, but over time I found myself not using them that much.
- The phone is a bit wider in ratio than other phones, and someone with a small hand might struggle to use it.
Finally, an important note about charging, as there is no charger in the box. The Nothing Phone 3a Pro supports 50W charging, but the 67W Realme charger charged it very slowly. After some research, I realized it requires a GaN technology charger, so I bought a Xiaomi GaN 67W for 15 euros and it charges super fast.

Γλυκοκοίταζα τα κινητά της Nothing για κάμποσο καιρό, και προερχόμενος από το Realme 12 pro+, σκέφτηκα να πάω σε κάτι διαφορετικό τόσο σχεδιαστικά όσο και από θέμα λογισμικού. Βρήκα τη χρυσή τομή στο midranger 3a Pro, το οποίο συνδυάζει πολύ όμορφο και ξεχωριστό κατ' εμέ σχεδιασμό, πολύ καλό camera setup κι ελκυστική τιμή (αγοράστηκε στα 399 ευρώ).
Έπειτα από 2 μήνες εμπειρίας χρήσης έχω να πω τα εξής:
Στο κομμάτι του λειτουργικού, έχει γίνει πραγματικά εξαιρετική δουλειά, είναι πολύ καθαρό, γρήγορο (χωρίς λαγκαρίσματα) και πολύ παραμετροποιήσιμο. Οι κάμερες είναι πραγματικά σε πολύ υψηλό επίπεδο απόδοσης για την τιμή και τα χαρακτηριστικά του, μόνο που θα χρειαστείτε λιγάκι υπομονή στο post-processing των λήψεων λόγω της σχετικά μικρής ισχύoς απ τον Snapdragon Gen 3. To built quality και η αίσθηση του πίσω τζαμιού και του πλαστικού πλαισίου σίγουρα σε παραπέμπουν σε ακριβότερο κινητό και το camera bump στην πλάτη θεωρώ συνηθίζεται εύκολα. Συνολικά πάρα πολύ θετική εμπειρία προς το παρόν, ξεκάθαρα ένα τίμιο κινητό το οποίο εύκολα θα προτείνει κάποιος για αγορά.
Οι προβληματισμοί μου για το κινητό είναι οι εξής:
- Η μπαταρία βάσει των σχολίων που διάβασα δεν είναι στο επίπεδο που θα περίμενα. Φυσικά βγάζει μία μέρα με δυνατή χρήση αλλά με τίποτα 1μιση ή 2 μέρες ακόμα και με light.
- Τα glyphs είναι ένα όμορφο add-on, και στην αρχή ενθουσιάστηκα, αλλά στη πορεία βρέθηκα να μη τα χρησιμοποιώ τόσο.
- Το κινητό είναι λίγο πιο πλατύ σε αναλογία από άλλα κινητά, και κάποιος με μικρό χέρι ίσως ζοριστεί στη χρήση του.
Τέλος μία παρατήρηση σημαντική για τη φόρτιση, καθώς δεν υπάρχει φορτιστής στη συσκευασία. Το nothing phone 3a pro έχει δυνατότητα φόρτισης 50W, όμως ο φορτιστής του realme των 67W το φόρτιζε πολύ αργά. Μετά από ψάξιμο κατάλαβα ότι απαιτεί φορτιστή τεχνολογίας GaN, οπότε αγόρασα έναν Xiaomi GaN 67W στα 15 ευρώ και φορτίζει σφαίρα.
Ελπίζω να βοήθησα, καλές αγορές και θα επανέλθω αν κάτι αλλάξει στη πορεία.

-Nothing UI is simple, but at the same time quite customizable
Negatives:
-The essential button seemed like a glorified screenshot, I remapped it to open the flashlight (needs an app)
-I expected the battery to last longer, not that it isn't enough or satisfactory for 1 day of use, I just expected more according to the specs
In general, you don't get this phone for its performance, you can find better for the same money, you get this phone if you want something different, a wonderful telephoto lens, glyph interface which can be quite interesting, and the nothing UI. A solid phone overall, I would recommend it if your priorities are what I mentioned

So far it's awesome, I've had it for about a month and it runs perfectly, no lag at all. I use it all day for social media and music (the speaker is amazing) and the battery lasts about 2 days... With normal use, easily 2 days. The photos are excellent, almost on par with iPhone and Samsung (in my opinion).

Έπειτα από 2 μήνες εμπειρίας χρήσης έχω να πω τα εξής:
Στο κομμάτι του λειτουργικού, έχει γίνει πραγματικά εξαιρετική δουλειά, είναι πολύ καθαρό, γρήγορο (χωρίς λαγκαρίσματα) και πολύ παραμετροποιήσιμο. Οι κάμερες είναι πραγματικά σε πολύ υψηλό επίπεδο απόδοσης για την τιμή και τα χαρακτηριστικά του, μόνο που θα χρειαστείτε λιγάκι υπομονή στο post-processing των λήψεων λόγω της σχετικά μικρής ισχύoς απ τον Snapdragon Gen 3. To built quality και η αίσθηση του πίσω τζαμιού και του πλαστικού πλαισίου σίγουρα σε παραπέμπουν σε ακριβότερο κινητό και το camera bump στην πλάτη θεωρώ συνηθίζεται εύκολα. Συνολικά πάρα πολύ θετική εμπειρία προς το παρόν, ξεκάθαρα ένα τίμιο κινητό το οποίο εύκολα θα προτείνει κάποιος για αγορά.
Οι προβληματισμοί μου για το κινητό είναι οι εξής:
- Η μπαταρία βάσει των σχολίων που διάβασα δεν είναι στο επίπεδο που θα περίμενα. Φυσικά βγάζει μία μέρα με δυνατή χρήση αλλά με τίποτα 1μιση ή 2 μέρες ακόμα και με light.
- Τα glyphs είναι ένα όμορφο add-on, και στην αρχή ενθουσιάστηκα, αλλά στη πορεία βρέθηκα να μη τα χρησιμοποιώ τόσο.
- Το κινητό είναι λίγο πιο πλατύ σε αναλογία από άλλα κινητά, και κάποιος με μικρό χέρι ίσως ζοριστεί στη χρήση του.
Τέλος μία παρατήρηση σημαντική για τη φόρτιση, καθώς δεν υπάρχει φορτιστής στη συσκευασία. Το nothing phone 3a pro έχει δυνατότητα φόρτισης 50W, όμως ο φορτιστής του realme των 67W το φόρτιζε πολύ αργά. Μετά από ψάξιμο κατάλαβα ότι απαιτεί φορτιστή τεχνολογίας GaN, οπότε αγόρασα έναν Xiaomi GaN 67W στα 15 ευρώ και φορτίζει σφαίρα.
Ελπίζω να βοήθησα, καλές αγορές και θα επανέλθω αν κάτι αλλάξει στη πορεία.

I got it for €340 from a very well-known chain at the beginning of December. Amazing phone, incredibly fast, the camera is especially impressive in night shots. As for the design, whatever someone says, it's a bit... For this price, it's a very good choice, at €400+ there are definitely better ones

I have had it for 5 months and I am absolutely satisfied. Good photos and videos, clean UI. The battery easily lasts me 1.5 days.

Positives:
-Good, bright and beautiful screen
-Sturdy, well-balanced and (for me) very nice to look at
-The telephoto lens is excellent for its price, takes wonderful photos, the main camera is just fine, the wide angle is as expected for 8mp
-The glyph interface is playful and also has practical uses
-Nothing UI is simple, but at the same time quite customizable
Negatives:
-The essential button seemed like a glorified screenshot, I remapped it to open the flashlight (needs an app)
-I expected the battery to last longer, not that it isn't enough or satisfactory for 1 day of use, I just expected more according to the specs
In general, you don't get this phone for its performance, you can find better for the same money, you get this phone if you want something different, a wonderful telephoto lens, glyph interface which can be quite interesting, and the nothing UI. A solid phone overall, I would recommend it if your priorities are what I mentioned

- Το nothing ui είναι απλό, αλλά ταυτόχρονα και αρκετά customizable
Αρνητικά:
- Το essential κουμπί μου φάνηκε σαν glorified screenshot, το έκανα remap στο να ανοίγει φακός(θέλει εφαρμογή)
- Μπαταρία περίμενα να βγάζει παραπάνω χρήση, όχι ότι δεν μου φτάνει η δεν μου είναι ικανοποιητική για 1 μέρα χρησης, απλά περίμενα παραπάνω σύμφωνα με τα specs
Γενικά το κινητό αυτό δεν το παίρνεις για τις επιδόσεις, στα ίδια λεφτά βρίσκεις και καλύτερα, αυτό το κινητό το παίρνεις άμα θες κάτι διαφορετικό, έναν υπέροχο τηλεφακο, glyph interface το οποίο μπορεί να είναι αρκετά ενδιαφέρον, και το nothing ui. ένα solid κινητό γενικα, Θα το πρότεινα αν οι προτεραιότητες σας είναι αυτά που ανεφερα
So far it's awesome, I've had it for about a month and it runs perfectly, no lag at all. I use it all day for social media and music (the speaker is amazing) and the battery lasts about 2 days... With normal use, easily 2 days. The photos are excellent, almost on par with iPhone and Samsung (in my opinion).
Μέχρι στιγμής είναι φωτιά το έχω κοντά 1 μήνα και τρέχει φουλ, δεν κολλάει πουθενά, λιώνω όλη μέρα με social και μουσική (τούμπανο ηχείο) και η μπαταρία αντέχει περίπου 2 μέρες... Με νορμάλ χρήση άνετα 2 μέρες.. Φωτογραφίες τουμπανες οριακά χτυπάει iPhone και samsung (άποψη μου).
Great value for money. The camera is where you find the most value, being able to macro or zoom very good. The battery does drain faster than I expected compared to how it was promoted. The glyph in the back I find useless and just a nice gimmick. The smart button on the side doesn't have the best location since very often gets pressed while trying to tap or double tap the main button on top

the phone for its price is like stealing from them, its camera is amazing, it has quite good storage space + you can make the ram 20 games very well. for its price, it is one of the best in my opinion

I had been eyeing Nothing phones for quite some time, and coming from the Realme 12 pro+, I thought of switching to something different both in terms of design and software. I found the golden mean in the midranger 3a Pro, which combines a very beautiful and unique design in my opinion, a very good camera setup, and an attractive price (purchased at 399 euros).
After 2 months of usage experience, I have the following to say:
On the software side, truly excellent work has been done, it is very clean, fast (without lagging), and highly customizable. The cameras are really at a very high level of performance for its price and features, only you will need a bit of patience with the post-processing of the shots due to the relatively low power of the Snapdragon Gen 3. The build quality and the feel of the back glass and plastic frame definitely remind you of a more expensive phone, and I think the camera bump on the back is easy to get used to. Overall, a very positive experience so far, clearly an honest phone that one could easily recommend for purchase.
My concerns about the phone are as follows:
- The battery, based on the comments I read, is not at the level I would expect. Of course, it lasts a day with heavy use but definitely not one and a half or two days even with light use.
- The glyphs are a nice add-on, and at first I was excited, but over time I found myself not using them that much.
- The phone is a bit wider in ratio than other phones, and someone with a small hand might struggle to use it.
Finally, an important note about charging, as there is no charger in the box. The Nothing Phone 3a Pro supports 50W charging, but the 67W Realme charger charged it very slowly. After some research, I realized it requires a GaN technology charger, so I bought a Xiaomi GaN 67W for 15 euros and it charges super fast.
