The KOA copper tubes comply with the DIN 46235 standard and are intended for hidden contacts. They allow the interconnection of copper wires and are used where it is necessary to connect a wire, for example, in distribution boards or other devices. The use of DIN terminals increases the safety and durability of these connections. Unlike soldered connections, terminals reduce the risk of overheating wires and insulation. In the case of sector wires, they should be reshaped into a "round" shape.
All copper tubular terminals undergo an additional hardening and burning process at 700°C. This process removes any impurities from the material of the terminal. Hardened terminals, unlike un-hardened ones, are less prone to cracking during soldering, thus offering better performance parameters.
The efficiency of the tightening depends on the correct use of the tool and die that matches the cross-section.
